Our Strength & Conditional Program (P.I.L.L.A.R.) stands for Progressive Intentional Long-Term Lifting and Resilience
To keep it simple, what do pillars do? They hold things up. They support others. They’re built to last. If you’re a member of our community, I know we can say that about you. The P.I.L.L.A.R. Program is designed to help you do those things exceptionally well for a long time.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
