Our vision for this program is to bring community through fitness and fitness into our immediate community. Using a combination of our bodies, external loads, monostructural exercises, and functional movements we will serve our neighborhood's health and wellness needs.
Group Classes provide a complete fitness offering inside of 60 minutes with a specialized warmup, intensive movement instruction, and approachable, but challenging conditioning. Five days of weekly programming allow NoDa Fit to be an excellent standalone track for those focused on moving well and quickly. The group classes also serve as a complementary training piece to those following the Heavy Metal Weightlifting, Strength Foundations, or Barbell Basics programs where absolute strength is more heavily emphasized.
This class is led by Chris Yandle, Fitness Director and CrossFit L2 Coach. Coach Chris is passionate about making fitness accessible, developing physical and mental skills, and ensuring the training process is fun. Chris has dedicated himself to coaching by constantly dedicating himself to improving his knowledge of sport, nutrition, and fitness.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
