This is the starting point for most of our new members. Our priority is to help you move safely with a barbell. We teach you the foundations of barbell movements, Olympic lifting progressions, and effective strength training.
This course is ideal for those interested in learning about weightlifting, those who want to instill good technique, or those who need refining for CrossFit workouts.
We have 2 formats of Barbell Basics
1. 6 One Hour 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions to take you through the movements at your own pace. These sessions come with gym access while you are going through your sessions. (Preferred Method)
2. 12-session small group program. This course is a stand alone class and does not include gym access.

This Course will focus on fundamental Squats, Presses and Deadlifts, then build on those skills to learn Olympic-style lifts such Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk.
Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body. You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
